2014–2018
As the only in-house designer at Boston University's Dental School, I was responsible for designing all print and digital collateral. Working within the established brand guidelines, I adapted the designs to effectively reach and engage alumni, current students, prospective students, and patients. Each day was a unique collaboration with various departments and offices of the university, as well as clinical instructors and educators. Responsible for concepts, research, extensive planning, and project management, as well as print preparation and mail coordination.
A notable role during my time at Boston University was serving as the principal designer and project manager for the semi-annual alumni magazine, Impressions, overseeing print production and mailing to over 8,000 constituents. This project involved extensive planning, art direction, designs, presentations, strict adherence to deadlines while maintaining an existing workload, as well as the ability to promptly communicate and collaborate with several contributing roles that ranged from photographers to writers to printers and even the Dean of the school. I contributed to a total of eight issues of Impressions – four of which I fully designed and managed.
