Pioneered as the first in-house graphic designer on the marketing team over five years ago, every day at AdDaptive looks slightly different. My primary responsibilities include supporting the daily development of original content, creating visuals for presentations, graphics, and various marketing materials, helping to evolve marketing and communication through brainstorming, problem-solving, and new visual storytelling methods, and contributing to project management and planning. I collaborate with the marketing, brand, content, sales, accounts, and product teams to develop and execute design strategies that achieve project goals, support client communications, elevate the brand, and drive engagement while continuing to develop and oversee the brand identity.

Upon being promoted to senior graphic designer, I was entrusted with reimagining the company’s logo and visual identity. This was an extensive, company-wide, collaborative initiative that directly impacted all teams. My contribution to this large, in-depth project was being fully immersed from concept to completion and collaborating with the brand strategist, VP of marketing, and the company’s co-founders. The project included extensive planning and project management, visual research for art direction, presenting concepts, preparing final files, and implementation. I also developed brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring consistency across all teams and platforms. It's incredibly rare to undergo a robust rebrand in-house, but the (small, yet mighty) brand team was well equipped to take it on.
